Is The Active Motility Count A Problem Of Concern?

I am 29 years old and married last october 2013, but till now my wife can not concieve pregnancy. I have also passed through a semen analysis showing results as sperm count is 72, active motility is 60%, sluggish motility is 25% and dead cells are 15%. Pus cells are 2-3. Please interpret the results and let me know if there is any problem with me. Doctor has also told my wife that she is alright.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your semen analysis should be done, after not having sex for 2 days.
You should get the semen tested on 2 separate occasions, with an interval of atleast 6 weeks. The report you've shown is only one and that is incomplete. As an Urologist, i need complete reports to give expert opinion.
Semen volume, total count of sperms or sperm density, fructose, liquefaction, morphology, etc, are not reported.Get it done after 2 days abstinence , at a standard lab. and contact me.Also, you can consult a local Urologist, who would examine your genitalia, and advice need for Ultrasound scan of scrotum, and hormonal tests.
