Hi, thanks for using HCM.

Oral contraceptive pill are not related to UTI.
You need to get evaluated for recurrent UTI.
Any renal abnormality or stones in renal system may predispose to infection. So correction of underlying abnormality is necessary to get ride of infection.
May need to get ultrasound abdomen and cystoscopy with urologist advice.
Antibiotics based on culture sensitivity test is very essential and to be taken for longer duration.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
