Is Testicular Torsion Characterised By Unbearable Pain?
Is always testicular torsion characterised by unbearable pain? I don t know if it s just strain, it doesn t hurt I would just say it pulses a bit, but I don t feel any pain. or I have harmed myself via sexual activity. I would like to avoid complications at all costs. Should I wait till morning or seek help immediately? My sack is not swollen.

no doubt testicular torsion cause unbearable pain.
but pain in this region also can be caused by some other etiologies
like uretric stone, epidermis infection, trauma etc
no doubt testicular torsion is most painful as well as dangerous one because it can lead to permanent damage.
so i advise you to visit a surgeon immediately
