generally choledochal cysts treated by surgery implies cure of the same. when bile duct is connected to the bowel by surgery and it is draining well, there is no need for udiliv or prophylactic antibiotic. however when there is narrowing at the connected site, there can be fever and poor drainage which necessitates antibiotic and udiliv. I would advice you to be on regular follow up with your treating doctor to know when to stop these medications.
