Is Taking Medication Twice The Reason For Abdomen And Body Pain?

I took my medication twice in one morning. Listnipril with hydroclorathiazide 20/12.5, efexor 150 mg, and metformin time release. that afternoon I felt pains all over particularly in upper abdomen chest shoulder left arm and headache and confusionalso experienced diariah. should I have gone to urgent care? It has been 36 hours still feel sick.no longer have chest or arm pain. What should I do?

Hi. This is probably just a viral gastroenteritis and usually that resolves in less than five days. You can try juices, GatorAde and the BRAT diet--bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast--for now, but if the diarrhea continues for over five days you need to see your doctor since it may be bacterial and not viral
