Is Taking Antibiotics Required For Food Poisoning?

Hi I'm a 6ft 32 year old healthy male. On Thursday night I had a meal out with friends and we all have become ill. One of my friends had a little vomiting but mostly its been explosive grey watery diarrhea. I'm getting a little worried as its been nearly 3 days now and no sign of letting up - should I go get some antibiotics?
