Is Taking Tylenol Safe During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 21 and 19 weeks pregnant and I don t usually have enough sleep both in the afternoon and At night and it really makes me look gaunt. I want to know if tylenol would be safe for me to take and I m also having a little back ache and sometimes slight headache. Please I need your advice. Thanks!!
