Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Naturagest is progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus. It is completely safe for the fetus and the mother.
It can be given in whole pregnancy..
The side effects are dizziness, nausea and breast engorgement in mother. However, they are minimal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
