Is Taking Levocetirizine Safe For Rashes On Hand?

hi doctor, this is Archit from bangalore, India. I had rashes over my hands and legs 3 day back from now. It happened immediately after i swum in a swimming pools.... I consulted a doctor yesterday, and the doctor gave me levocetirizine tablets or the night... i found my fingers of my hands and legs swelled up in the morning.... What should i do now??

Hello.
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you got allergic reaction to chlorinated water.
Levocetrizine is perfectly safe for use in this situation.
Additionally i would advise you to apply betamethsone solution mixed with calamine and liquid paraffin all over affected areas to relieve itching and irritation.
