Hello. cansoft Cl contains two antibiotics, Clotrimazole and Clindamycin. Both of these antibiotics are relatively safe to use during pregnancy and they are good formulation againt Urinary Tract Infection. Citralka Syrup contains Di Sodium Hydrogen Acetate as an active agent which helps in increasing the PH of urine( Alkalinization) to make it nonconducive for the Bacteria to thrive and indirectly helps in treating Urinary tract Infection. Unlike the other two Drugs, Citralka is not as safe during pregnancy but it can be used if the benefits of the treatment outweighs the risk. Since UTI can cause certain complications and those complications can be life threatening at times and specifically during pregnancy, so it is OK to use it. More importantly, you should take plenty of water toget rid of the germs.
