Hi, I went to the er last week and they told me that I had an virtal infection. But ive being have real bad pain in my stomach cold chills fevers lower back pain and the pain in my stomach is real sharp like and contraction and felt like my pelvic was spreading and my tubes is clamped

Viral fever can cause weakness and pain in all joints. Are you taking any pain killers empty stomach, as some time these pain killers can cause severe gastritis and abdominal pain. Take lot of fluid and glucose in your diet . Do not eat lot of fats. You can take antacids for abdominal pain, If symptoms persists or worsened than show to a physician.
