Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is up to the treatment and advice of the treating doctor. You can have a second opinion. Consult an oncologist because the drugs are for treating depression and together they may overdose. Consult a psychiatrist for advice on the combination of drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
