Is Swelling Of Ankles And Legs A Symptom Of Heart Disease?

As a 74 year old woman, sometimes I notice after sitting 5 or more hours, that my ankles and legs seem a bit swollen ( for example about an inch larger in circumference as compared to early in morning). Does this indicate heart disease? Thanks, YYYY@YYYY
