Is Surgery Necessary For Deviated Septum?

Hello Doctor, My problem is that getting mucus in my throat and when I exposed to cool temperature getting breathing problem. Doctor advised me to take CT Scan PNS. As per doctor advice I have taken Scan and below are the findings: 1.Deviation of Nasal septum towards left side with ipsilateral bony nasal spur 2.Mild mucuosal thickening in the infundibulumof bilateral maxiliary sinus causing narrowing of OMC. Do I need to take surgery, suggest me.

In your condition is necessary to take surgery because you have breathing problems and sometimes deviated septum can cause sinusitis. I suggest to take an appointment with ENT.
