Is Surgery Is The Only Option For The Grade 1 Anterolisthesis As I Am Having Severe Back Pain That Is Radiating To The Left Leg?
My Mother is suffering from severe back pain and radiated left leg pain from the past 1 year and recently we made MRI scan and doctor found that grade 1 anterolisthesis of l4 on l5 and he suggested to take up a surgery which will cost around 2.5 lakhs.So please let me know is this surgery is the only way to cure also let me know the severity?

Surgery is the only option friend. But there are alot of variations in surgeries from minimal invasive to traditional ones for this. seek the neurosurgeons opinion for selecting the one best for your mother
