Is Surgery For Blockage In Clavicle Artery Risky At 57 Years?

Hi I am 57 yrs. old and I have a blockage in my clavical artery on my right side. I had sores on the tips of my fingers that took the hospital 5 months to figure out what was wrong. My family doctor thinks I should have surgery immediately. My vascular doctor says its too risky. What do you think????

It is not clavicular artery.Actually, it is sub Clavian or axillary artery which is being rendered by you.Blockage in this artery can be cleared by angioplasty or ballon catheterization or dormia basket.
