MRI confirmed it and doctor advised to you operation but you are not willing for operation.Most of knee ligament injury can be managed without operation. Nonoperative treatment consist of Quadriceps exercises for strengthening in initial weeks and mobilization exercises of knee will help in regaining movements of knee later . Analgesic ( ibuprofen) will be helpful in pain relief. You can take vitamin B-complex and C to promote healing. You have not mentioned detailed report of MRI so detailed and specific treatment cannot be advised. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
