General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
Thanks for the consult.

Brief answer,
Better go to surgery as 2 months physiotherapy was not effective for you.

Detailed explanation,
1. I read your query and I am happy to help you. You mentioned that having numbness and tingling sensation in right arm and fingers due to prolapsed intervertebral disc at c5-6.
2.Since 2 months even after physiotherapy still the problem exists not as serious as before.
3. I suggest you to go for surgery.
4. If the numbness and tingling sensation persists for more than 2 months then there is chance that the nerve damage is high.

Hope this information helps you.
