Hi
I read your query and understood your concern.

The neuro-cardiogenic syncope (vasovagal) is one of the major types of syncop characterized by a sudden onset and a total recuperation within few minutes.

To diagnose it (or to exclude it) i also recommend to run the tilt test.

If the result is normal than don't worry about 30% of syncope are without any clear cause.

Hope it answered to your query!
