Is Strocit Medicine Enough For Blood Clot In Head?

Due to motion sickness caused by formation of gas I was fell down on the ground and got hurt on the back side of my head.C.T scan reveals that a small amount of blood has been clotted there Doctor has prescribed me to take Strocit 500 twice a day for 10 days.
I have just started the dose but consuming the said medicine I am experiencing a great amount of vertigo and to subside this effect I am concurrantly taking Vertin 16 thrice a day.
Is the medication okay.

Strocit is a neuroprotective drug , it has no action on Blood clot .

MIld vertigo after head injury is expectable, but since you had injury and even now your vertigo is very severe I advise you to get MRI BRAIN done .

You can continue vertin but I don't think Strocit is of any help
