Hi

Nausea ,vomiting and abdominal pain can occur with the use of contraceptive hormonal pills. The symptoms will usually reduce in the subsequent cycles.

Incase of severe vomiting interfering food intake,Antiemetics can be taken one or two hours before taking the drug. This can be done for two to three days and not beyond that time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
