Is stomach pain post injury serious ?

Last thursday, I was at hockey practice and I was hit in the stomach with a slap shot. It has been 4 days and the are is still swollen and painful, though it never bruised. I was wondering if I should be concerned or if It will heal and go away on it s own. 14 F
