Is Stomach Cramps With Bloating And Nausea Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am on day 40 of my cycle. Me and my husband have been TTC for a few months now. my periods have been regular and i had myself tested out. no signs of thyroid problems. i have an inverted uterus. I've been having AF like cramps on and off for the last two weeks. other symptoms are bloating up, nauseous at times, more tired than usual. i took two pregnancy tests, the last one being two days before and both were BFNs. Am i pregnant this time around?What are my chances of pregnancy as i have never used contraceptives before?

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
You said you had unprotected sex with your husbandvso there are always chances of getting pregnant. Nausea cramping pain and the other symptoms you said are early signs of pregnancy but are not confirmatory signs of pregnancy. So I will suggest you to undergo urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you
