Is Stomach Bloating With Breast Soreness A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 19 years old, weigh 228 and am 5'4", I recently began a 1500 calorie diet an had my thyroid tested which was completely normal. I have not had my period now for just under three months. I am sexually active but we use condoms and one has never failed. My breasts have been sore and I have been bloated in the mornings as well as noticing a smell like that when I am on my period. I took three home urine tests throughout the second month and all were negative. I would go to the doctor for a blood test to confirm the negative results but I have extremely old fashioned family that I live with and that my boy friend relies on to stay here, where he works and goes to college. What is the probability that I am pregnant and if not what else could be causing this?

I have gone through the query and understood your concern. In the current scenario, you need a proper clinical assessment along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to detect the cause of this amenorrhea. With so many negative urine pregnancy tests, it is unlikely that you could be pregnant. Your BMI is high and this may have caused hormone imbalances and hence the delay in the menstruation. The soreness and bloating can also be premenstrual symptoms. If sonogram excludes pregnancy, a period can be induced. Hope this helps.
