Is Stomach Bloating Normal After A Miscarriage?

Is it normal to feel very gassy and bloated after a miscarrige. I also have a tender stomach and it hurts a little to press deep into my lower right abdomen.
I've been to hospital and was checked out. They told me there was some blood still but it would pass on its own. Are these symptoms I'm experiencing normal for 3 days after a miscarrige?

*That is related to hormonal changes , stress induced , certain drug induced
given by the Gynecologist.
*It comes to normal with specific precautions :
@ Avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg /beverages.
@ Take light, simple , digestible food items.
@ Maintain your hydration with plenty of liquids.
@ Avoid stress / anxiety.
@ Have adequately sound sleep of 8 hours.
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if used.
@ Take small amounts of food at intervals.
@ Can have combination of Proton pump inhibitor with anti-emetic if severe
discomfort to much concern.
@ Ask the Gynecologist if some drugs require modifications in context with
abdominal issue.
@ Avoid weight lifting / heavy work temporarily.
@ Remain ambulatory , do some light exercises.
