Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you have undergone extensive dental treatment it means that you must have had long dental sessions and have kept mouth open for long durations which must have led to fatigue to face and jaw muscles as well as fatigue in the jaw joint and the articular disc leading to inflammation of the muscles which can lead to stiffness, pain and discomfort and can cause restriction in mouth opening..
This is a reversible condition and will be resolved gradually..
You should take a combination of muscle relaxant and painkiller like NUCOXIA-MR or FLEXON -MR twice daily..
Do warm compresses starting from jaw joint and moving down towards cheek and side of neck..
Massage the muscles gently with fingers starting from jaw joint till neck..
Try opening mouth slowly and do this practice 3 to 4 times a day but do not apply excessive pressure..

If the condition does not seem to resolve in a week or so consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for other conditions like TEMOPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DISORDER..

Hope this information helps..
