Is Stem Revitalization An Effective Treatment For Pain In The Nerves?

Hi my Name is Paul W. I have been suffering from spinal and nerve pain and discomfort which all stated back in 200 with me first back surgery (Discectomy). This also when the type 2 diabetes kicked in. Also I never knew that diabetes ran in my family) My point s is that I am in a lot of pain all the time. Three spinal fusions later and still no relief. My question is; how do you feel about stem revitalization? Is there anything real out there that can help? I have read about and purchased the product call Vital Stem online. I have not received it yet so I have not tried it. Should I or should I send it back? Thank you PW
