Is Spotting Normal After Blastocyst Transfer?

I am at 8 day post blastocyst transfer. Since yesterday I am having scanty spotting events and two time little clot discharge along with mild cramping. I m really scared. What can be the reason. What should I do now. Should I continue my normal routine or should I take a bed rest? Or its all over............

You need a complete bed rest but it's necessary for you to visit your gynaecologist for proper checkup and clinical examination.
