Hi doc I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing spotting. It occurred last Monday also and yesterday also. Last Monday we went to our gynaecologist n she Asked for ultrasound, wich said hypoechoic subchorrionic collection - .5x.1cm noted. For she gave me susten 100 mg injection, which I am taking. Now yesterday again I ve experienced spotting though it very small spot just will be around 1 CMs. Since it happened late nite so I cud not speak, so called our family doctor in Delhi, she gave me trenaxa. So wat is all about to worry...

Hi, thanks for writing..
Subchorionic hemorrhage which has occured is the cause of bleeding. Continue susteninjection daily and susten pessary daily..This helps to support pregnancy.. There might be minimal spotting till the clot goes off.. Get a scan after 2 weeks to see for subchorionc hemorrhage and fetal cardiac activity. Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any doubts through http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-dalia-muraleedharan/68596. Good day.
