OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I understand that you have been prescribed medication to induce withdrawal bleeding in order to use ovulation medication. The amount of bleeding is dependent on the endometrial thickness and also the hormone status. Withdrawal bleeding is seen 3-7 days after completion of treatment and going by this mark, this spotting looks like your period. For a better clarification, a trans-vaginal sonogram may be done to note the endometrial status. Hope this information is useful to you. Wish you good health.
