Is Split Smoking With People Advisable?

Hey Doc,
Im 19/ male, I think I have an std not to sure or worried(for myself) I dont need sex I can live. BUT I hate the thought of doing this to someone so my question is, can I still smoke pipes and joints, and split smokes with people? I have isolated it to either gonorrhea or chlamidia, maybe something else, not likely and if so that probably would make two. But I want to get the run down on what std's and sti's I could still smoke with my buddies and not pass on. Ive been preventing joints from touching my lips, but theyre are these 3 spots on my left upper/lower lip very tiny cept one. another formed. And I drink much coffee and I believe the dots are simply spider angioma's. I could be wrong, and I could be wrong about everything. So please get back to me with your word of safety and danger please.

It's a stretch. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are only transmittable when they are there and not when they are gone. They are Very Treatable and then they would be gone.
They are carried in the mouth so... it's at least possible to transmit them orally.
HIV.. not transmittable except by transmission of LIVING, VISIBLE BLOOD or other LIVING tissue in VISIBLE amounts. Not Gonna Happen with sharing a pipe.
Herpes, probalby already transmitted it. Oral herpes is present in over 90% of people by teen years. You have it; they have it.
Of course, all of these are killed by bleach. We used to ask poeple to disinfect bloody needles iwth bleach, pipes are a bit easier to clean !
