There appears to be an infection in his genital system which could spell trouble. You need to clarify with his urologist and get the appropriate treatment for the infection. It is quite possible that Intrauterine insemination may be required to get you pregnant as many of his sperm are damaged due to the infection. You need to confirm with his Urologist and your Gynaecologist in this regard as to what options are there for you.
