welcome to Health care magic.
1.It can be inflammation / infection of the cervix also gives symptoms like soreness and bulky.
2.If you are my patient i would have indicate you a ultrasound scan, and see the condition of uterus and cervical region and ovaries.
3.Only after that i may ask for a swab, and biopsy if there is any mass.
4.So get an appointment with specialist and get the tests done.
5.Hope it helps you.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
