Is Soapex Soap Safe To Reduce Acne Scars On Face?

Hai I have pimples nd acne scares on my face. I have used all ointments suggested by dermatologist but still it dint work out. So my frnd suggest me to use soapex soap...since my skin is dry can I use it??? Can I use my regular moisturizer after washing my face???

I can understand your concern for reduce acne scars on face.
After reading your query it appears that you are quite concerned abut the acne scars.

Let me first tell you that none of soaps are actually effective in reducing any type of scars. SO do not correlate the use of soaps in the treatment of scars.
To tell you simply: scars are deep pits which never get treated by the soaps. It requires proper medical therapy or laser therapy to reduce the appearance of the scars.

If I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you a cream containing Tretinoin and other scar modifying agents such as glycolic acid creams to be applied at night time. I would have also preferred to do laser therapy with fractional laser to reduce the scar. You can meet a dermatologist for further guidance.
