Is Sneezing Due To An Allergic Reaction?

I am finding when I eat something deep fried in Soybean oil. or one of the Ingredients in a food using soy bean oil is making me sneeze uncontrollably, scratchy throat and heart races. This leaves fatigued afterwards. Is this an allergic reaction?.

Allergic reactions can manifest in different ways but most commonly as rash, itching, sneezing, nasal congestion, itching eyes. In some cases gastrointestinal symptoms may occur such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea.

If you notice this reaction to the soybean oil, then it would be best to avoid it.

The use of an anti histamine would be helpful to reduce your response.
