General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, you must abandon all types of active and even passive smoking exposure for best possible outcome of your heart health and overall well being status. Carcinogens and other hydro carbons in the smoke are worst factors affecting your lungs, heart, blood vessels and other multiple systems without your knowledge and when we know, its quite late to return. So make your mind set to quit smoking of all types for today and always.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
