Is Small White Hard Dot Surrounded With Reddish Bruise Due To A Spider Bite?
I noticed a small white, hardish dot surrounded by a very light redish bruise on my knuckle this evening. The white dot seems to be below the skin and the site is just a bit tender. I was working in the garage today. Do you think it could be a spider bite? If so, how do I know if it is from a serious spider bite?

Can you please send a photograph of the white dot on your knuckle? Thus, it will be easier for me to assist you accordingly.
I advise to:
- wash the infected area with warm water and soap
- rinse it well
- apply iodine 10% (can find at your local store)
- apply Gentamycin cream locally
- then, cover with a medicated bandage
If no improvement within a couple of days, should contact your physician.
