Is Skipping Rope Recommended For Losing Weight After Marriage?

hi

My age is 24 years and i am married women . Now a days i gained weight . i want to loose weight , so for that i want to do skipping , Before marriage i used to do skipping .But few people said it is not good to do skipping after marriage . is that true ?
if so why ?
please guide me

hello, thanx for using hcm, for weight reduction you can do some physical exercise like aerobics.which include brisk walk, running. skipping,swimming,playing foot ball or badminton.may be you have become sedentary(less active) thats why putting on weight. reduce your intake and choose right exercise for you. skipping is good if your not pregnant and if you dont have any gynaec complications.but chances of foot injury and sprains are more.ideal is brisk walk for 45 minutes to 1 hour.it helps in loosing weight.
