Is Shooting Pain In The Nerve Running From Neck To Hand And Numb Hand An Artery Issue?

I was told I had a pinched nerve on the left side of my neck. I recently went through an MRA and a CT scan with contrast and I have been preliminarily that it appears to be an artery issue rather than a nerve. My symptoms were extreme pain, not consistently, but more often than not. I also have been experiencing shooting pain in the nerve that runs down from my neck to my hand along with numbness in my hand. Can you shed any light on what may be going on? I m sorry, but I did not realize there was a charge for this, although I should have expected it would not be free. I am not in a position to pay for this at this time and am sorry to have taken up your time.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here such symptoms could be due to degenerative disease of cervical spine, symptoms can be managed with physiotherapy and analgesic medicines, if the condition is severe one then may need some surgical intervention, take care and have a nice day.
