Hi there .

The kind of symptoms you have written correlate to a neurogenic cause of pain rather than pulled muscle per se .
Its most probably originating from the back .

Try changing your medicines.
Take neurotropics like pregablin and duloxetine in doses prescribed by your doctor .
Start a painkiller like etoricoxib along with a muscle relaxant.

I think this should relieve your pain.

I hope my advice has helped
Good luck
