pregnancy. Some time you can get up due to the pressure of the
uterus on your back if you are not sleeping on a proper bed. And avoid sex as it can cause pre term labour, infection, etc and can harm your pregnancy though not always but there is a good chance of pre term labour etc. Eat healthy, do some yoga under supervision, and avoid
