Is Severe Pain In Shoulder, Arm And Hand Suggestive Of Facial Neuropathy?

I have strong pain in my shoulder and left arm including my hand sometimes, I have been able to narrow it down to bacial neuropathy with I think a combination of occupational stress and years of use , i can not get in to a specialist right away, what other alternative treatment should i find. How can i get relief

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of this is very necessary and this need to be managed accordingly if this is nonspecific then it can be just managed symptomatically and some time physiotherapy would be nice, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
