Is Severe Dryness In Throat A Sure Sign Of Diabetes?

i have been having a dry throat since yesterday evening. Water doesn't help. I know that a dry throat is a sign of diabetes but I don't have any of the other symptoms. The dry throat is all that is wrong with me. could this be a sign of something serious? Or am I just overreacting?

1. excessive thirst
2. excessive urine output
3. weight loss

however the diabetes can only be confirmed
after the blood samples and urine are suitably tested
for diabetes and its complication

diabetes is a serious affair
that should be tested
and confirmed as soon as possible
so i suggest you test fbs ppbs and hba1c
as soon as possible
