Is Serum Potassium Level Of 5.3 A Cause For Concern?

I take Potassium Citrate (Uric-K) - 1080 Mg every other day- to control my Ph level in order to reduce my risk of repeat kidney stones. I also take 300 MG of Allopuririol daily to reduce the risk of abnormal levels of uric acid in my blood in order to prevent an occurrence of gout. My latest blood tests - on 6/1/17 - indicate a potassium level of 5.3 based on a normal range of 3.6 to 4.8. I feel great and have not had any occurrence of repeat kidney for many, many years- probably 12 to 15 years. Also My blood tests have not indicatde abnormal uric acid levels for at least the past 6 years. Questions - Is the above range level of potassium in my blood dangerous to my health, and, if so, what are the dangers? Also, should I suggest to my urologist that he might consider modifying my Uric-K dosage? And should I also suggest to my primary care phsician that he might consider modifying my allopurinol dosage? Thank you for your advice.
