Is Sarcoidosis Of Lung Contagious?

I have been dating guy who diagnosed with Sarcoidosis effecting his lungs. He coughs often I have French kissed him several times. Now I have a non-productive cough. with a little mucus for the past 3 weeks. I don't have a could did I catch my friends cough?

Hi, sarcoidosis is autoimmune disorder. It is not transmitted by kissing. It is not contagious disease. Thank you
