hello, my blood group is b+, is it OK if i marry b+ blood gruop girl ?

Dear Abhijeet,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.

There is no problem in marrying a person with the same blood group.

If Husband's blood group is Rh + and Wife's Blood group is Rh -, there is a chance for complication for the child. In that condition, Wife has to take Anti D injection
