Is salsa helpful for weight loss?

i am very much intrested in dance i was a veryt good dancer in i have become overweight...i wanna join salsa dancing classes as it may help me in reducing my it of worth to join salsa for weight loss??

Weight Loss goal can be achieved by Nutrient rich low cal diet, physical exercise and continued motivation. salsa is a very good option for physical exercise. But without proper diet you wont be able to reduce weight.
So plan your regime accordingly.

Salsa is it a dance, looks funny, but intresting. how to dance, even i am over weight. guide me more in this, i want to reduce weight loss. i am obese i am not comfortable doing any exercises.

Dancing is very good exercise. In this all the muscles you can get it exercises. It is very good not boring to do and it is good for health. You can do it at home
