Is salisa kt shampoo effective in curing psoriasis ?

i have psoriasis sir(especially skin peels of like the dadruff in the head regoin and eye brow region) i have been adviced to use salisa kt it worth using that?

shampoos doesn't have much role on sporiasis.

posriasis is an auto immune dosrider. With ayurveda panchakarma therapies we can eradicate the ailment.
