Hi Bhargav,thanks for query.Eye numbers are due to the focus is not on the right place.There are some structural abnormality.No diet can not help you reduce your numbers.Keep regular follow up with your doctor at least once in 1-2 years.

Thanks for query,
There is no medicines in any pathis which decrease number.
Do not use Kesar in eye as it may cause irritation in the eye giving other problem.
have green veges,fresh fruits,spinach.
Take Vit A,D and multivitamin supplements.
Do regular exercise.
