Is Rolling Back Of Eyes Related To Tiredness?

Hello, a family member started rolling her eyes to the back of her head for several years now...it is very noticable by all and makes everyone feel very uneasy. She tells everyone she is very tired as she is a nurse however don t the eyelids drop in that case...here the eyes roll right back...sometimes her head will fall forward. We are all very concerned however it is not up for discussion. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you. ....Also if a person was to be this tired and then drive? No one belives it is actually connected to be tired.
